FLORIDA LAWS; 16/17yo must have parent/guardian have a NOTARIZED consent form along with TWO Consent AND Standard forms upon arrival. Please have ID from both parent/guardian and minor ready at time of appointment. If minor does not have an ID; birth certificate will be used as replacement.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR NOTARIZED FORM OR GUARDIAN; YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. 

All clients scheduling an appt must only schedule for themselves! Your ID must match the person that’s scheduling the appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and forfeiting your deposit.

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BOOKING; DEPOSITS & TATTOO SESSIONS/ LEFT OVER TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE

Please use consultation form on homepage to get a quote prior to booking. To avoid booking too much time or not enough time; it’s best to ask the artist first as each pieces are flat rate and not charged hourly.

20-50% of the total service are required to book services. 10minutes+ late, no show, or last minute cancellation Will forfeit your deposit.

LATE POLICY: Due to my busy schedule, I am normally booked back to back with clients. I have a 10minutes grace period (traffic/lost)  : NO EXCUSES Your appt will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited 

RESCHEDULING: You have 48 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule . Last minute / same day rescheduling will result in losing deposit . Reschedules are not available online at this moment. Please text your artist.
Once you reschedule 48hrs prior to your appt: you have only one credit to reschedule for the next available date. Your deposit will be forfeited if you can not make it to your second scheduled appointment 

If I have to reschedule; because I am human too 🙃

option 1: Move your appt to a later date (with accommodations) 

option 2: 100% of your deposit will be refunded

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW/ AFTER 10 MINS LATE:  50-80% charge of the total using your card on file.

HOURLY TATTOO SESSIONS: consultation, and drawing will be done during client’s scheduled sessions. Please keep in mind that all quoted prices are based on the piece and intricacy of the tattoo and not by the time. All left over time are not refundable or transferable.  

TATTOO COVERUPS: Please complete consultation form on home page and include a picture of your current tattoo with good lighting and good angle. (Have a friend take your picture from a straight forward position for best results.) also include any pics or ideas you may have to cover 

TATTOO DRAWINGS:  Please keep in mind that all drawings are done during your scheduled session. If you’d like to see a drawing of your tattoo there will be a $50-$100 fee to get your drawing ahead of time. That fee does not go towards your tattoo. This is to save the artist time on drawing in case you decide not to go forward with the tattoo and not waste the artist‘s time. 

Price listed are starting prices for the estimated amount of time for the tattoo. In the event that we go over the scheduled time, tattoo price are subjected to change.

PLEASE BOOK YOUR CORRECT SERVICE! Additional time may NOT be added to your session after your appointment have been confirmed. Absolutely NO REFUNDS FOR LEFT OVER TIME after you’ve scheduled your appointment. You will still be charged for the whole remainder of the time even if you choose not to finish your tattoo session.

Classes: All classes/courses are non-refundable after deposit is made. 48hrs to reschedule ONCE.

Please dress accordingly to avoid ruining your clothes and make it easier for us both ❤️ 

-Back tattoos (bring a jacket with a zipper; clear canvas for the artist with clothing in the way. Just have it on backwards and still cover yourself during the session.)

-leg/thigh tattoos: wear shorts 

-arm tattoos: short sleeves/ tank top

-chest tattoo: tube top/ top less

-foot tattoos: sandals 

-neck tattoos: have your hair up and out of the way, remove all necklaces and earrings

for longer sessions please feel free to get comfortable and bring a small pillow/a throw and a few snacks. Make sure you’re hydrated and not hungry before and during your appointment ❤️
