Minors: (16/17)
You must have a NOTARIZED MINOR CONSENT FORM, Standard Release and Informed Consent form completed along with your ID, parent/guardian’s ID AND parent/guardian present on the day of your Appt. If you do not have an ID, a birth certificate can be used to verify. Failure to have notarized consent form and/or parent/guardian present will result in Appt cancelation and deposit will be forfeited.

Consultations:
Consultations forms are now available on the homepage. Please answer all questions to ensure you get the best estimate and fast. Provide any pictures you may have to support your ideas. Each tattoo is priced by the intricacy and placement, so please be sure to be as detailed as possible to get enough time booked for your tattoo.
Each tattoo is priced by the piece and NOT by time. Price listed for hourly sessions are starting prices for the estimated amount of time for the tattoo. In the event that we go over the scheduled time, tattoo price will NOT increase unless design has been altered to increase tattooing time. Leftover time is non-refundable, non-transferable. Leftover time can NOT be used for other tattoos to fill time.

Additional time may NOT be added to your session after your appointment have been confirmed. Absolutely NO REFUNDS FOR LEFT OVER TIME after you’ve scheduled your appointment. You will still be charged for the whole remainder of the time even if you choose not to finish your tattoo session.
TATTOO DRAWINGS:
Please keep in mind that all drawings are done during your scheduled session. If you’d like to see a drawing of your tattoo before your appointment date there will be a $50-$100 fee to get your drawing ahead of time. That fee does not go towards your tattoo. This is to save the artist time on drawing in case you decide not to go forward with the tattoo and not waste the artist‘s time. (Artist calculates drawing time + tattooing time prior to booking to ensure accurate timing and booking)
RESCHEDULES:
Tattoo clients and tattoo students will have 48hrs prior to their appointment/class to reschedule. Client/student will then have a (1) time credit to make their second appointment. Failure to show, or reschedule will result in forfeiture of your deposit. (valid for 2 months from appt date)
In the event that I may have to reschedule:
Option 1: 100% deposit refunded
Option 2: tattoo accommodations/free flash tattoos or money off your tattoo
NO SHOW/ LATE POLICY:
No show will result in forfeiture of your deposit. You have a 10 mins grace period. Please communicate with your artist; After 10 mins will count you as a no show= FORFEIT DEPOSIT
TAP-OUT SESSIONS:
Is only available during certain times of the year. Please follow artist’s instagram to stay posted on the most recent deals. Hourly sessions listed on booking page are NOT considered tap out sessions. @InknPaint.Society
COVERUPS:
When sending a picture of the area of your body for placement: make sure that the area has good lighting and at a good angle. (Have a friend take your picture from a straight forward position for best results.) also include any pics or ideas you may have to cover
FINAL PAYMENT:
Is due prior to starting the tattoo procedure.
Final payment can be paid in: Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay, or a pay link can be sent to you
